This clinic is an independent state-designated Rural Health Center that is housed within the Richmond County Health Department facility.

We serve to address chronic health issues of those 18 or over and collaborate with other entities to best serve all the needs of the patient. Referrals are made as needed.

Medical Access Program (MAP)

No insurance? Medicaid denied?  Live in North Carolina? This program may be for you. 

The Medical Access Program (MAP) assists you in paying for services provided at the Richmond County Community Care Clinic.

Pharmacy Assistance Program 

If you are a Richmond County Community Care patient, you may be eligible for this program.  Eligibility will be determined after seeing the provider.
